10. Returns, Replacement & Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the MY Fashion Return & Exchange Policy.
For damaged, defective or incorrect products:
The issue must generally be reported on the same day of delivery.A complete and continuous unboxing video is required.The original product and all supplied parts, accessories and packaging may be required for verification.The original product must be received and verified before an eligible replacement is dispatched.Where replacement is not eligible or cannot reasonably be provided, an eligible refund may be processed according to the applicable policy.All claims remain subject to verification and applicable law.
11. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is generally available only before the order has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Where a product states “Earn 100 Reward Points”, the qualifying purchase may earn 100 Reward Points subject to the Reward Points Terms & Conditions.
