Reward Points Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 14 September 2026
At MY Fashion, our Reward Points Program allows eligible customers to earn Reward Points through qualifying purchases and use those points to receive a discount on a future order.
Please read these Reward Points Terms & Conditions carefully before earning or redeeming Reward Points.
By creating an account, placing an eligible order, earning or redeeming Reward Points, you agree to these Terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.
1. Reward Points Program
MY Fashion may provide Reward Points to eligible customers as part of its loyalty program.
Reward Points can be earned on qualifying purchases and may be redeemed against a future eligible order according to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Reward Points are available to customers who:
Have a valid MY Fashion Customer AccountPlace an eligible order through the MY Fashion websiteMeet the applicable Reward Points conditionsMY Fashion may determine which Products, Orders or activities are eligible for Reward Points.
3. Earning Reward Points
Eligible customers can earn Reward Points on qualifying purchases.
Where a Product Page displays “Earn 100 Reward Points”, the customer will receive 100 Reward Points for that eligible purchase, subject to these Terms.
Reward Points are generally credited after the applicable order has been successfully completed.
4. When Reward Points Are Credited
Reward Points may not be credited immediately when an order is placed.
Points are generally credited after the order is successfully completed and is not cancelled, returned or refunded.
Reward Points may be reversed or adjusted if the related order is subsequently cancelled, returned, refunded or found to be ineligible.
5. Reward Points Value
MY Fashion uses the following redemption value:
100 Reward Points = ₹10 Discount
Accordingly:
100 Points = ₹10200 Points = ₹20500 Points = ₹501,000 Points = ₹100The applicable redemption value may be subject to future changes published by MY Fashion.
6. How to Redeem Reward Points
Customers can redeem available Reward Points while placing a new eligible order on the MY Fashion website.
The general process is:
Login to MY Fashion Account → Add Products to Cart → Proceed to Checkout → Select / Apply Reward Points → Available Points Convert into Applicable Discount → Discount is Deducted from the Eligible Order Amount → Pay the Remaining Amount
The available Reward Points and applicable discount will be shown during the applicable redemption process.
7. Reward Points Discount on Next Order
Reward Points earned from a completed eligible order can be used for a future eligible order, subject to the applicable redemption conditions.
For example:
Customer has 100 Reward Points → Redeems 100 Points → Gets ₹10 Discount → ₹10 is deducted from the eligible order amount → Customer pays the remaining amount.
The Reward Points discount is applied as an order discount and is not paid to the customer as cash.
8. Redemption Conditions
Reward Points may be subject to applicable redemption conditions, including:
Minimum order value, where applicableMaximum Reward Points that can be redeemed in one orderEligible Products or OrdersPromotional restrictionsOther conditions displayed during CheckoutThe applicable redemption conditions will be shown by MY Fashion where relevant.
9. Reward Points Are Not Cash
Reward Points are not cash, bank deposits or electronic money.
Reward Points:
Cannot be withdrawn as cashCannot be transferred to a bank accountCannot normally be soldCannot normally be transferred to another customerCannot be exchanged for cashReward Points can only be used according to the MY Fashion Reward Points Program.
10. Reward Points and Returns / Refunds
If an order for which Reward Points were earned is later cancelled, returned or refunded, the Reward Points earned from that order may be reversed or deducted.
If Reward Points were used on an order that is subsequently cancelled, returned or refunded, MY Fashion may adjust the Reward Points balance according to the applicable refund and return process.
Reward Points do not automatically become cash when an order is refunded.
11. Reward Points Expiry
Reward Points may have an expiry period if MY Fashion specifies an expiry date or validity period.
Where applicable, expired Reward Points may be removed automatically from the Customer Account.
Customers are responsible for checking their available Reward Points and any applicable expiry information.
12. Promotional & Bonus Reward Points
MY Fashion may offer additional Promotional or Bonus Reward Points through:
Festive OffersSpecial CampaignsPromotional ActivitiesCustomer OffersSpecial EventsPromotional Reward Points may have separate conditions, validity periods or redemption restrictions.
The specific terms of the relevant promotion will apply.
13. Cancelled, Failed or Ineligible Orders
Reward Points may not be awarded for orders that are:
CancelledFailedUnpaidReturnedRefundedOtherwise ineligibleIf points were already credited, MY Fashion may reverse or deduct those points.
14. Multiple Accounts & Misuse
Customers should use their appropriate MY Fashion Customer Account.
Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional Reward Points or promotional benefits may be considered misuse of the Reward Points Program.
MY Fashion may cancel, reverse or adjust Reward Points obtained through misuse or activities that violate these Terms.
15. Fraud or Unauthorised Activity
MY Fashion may investigate suspected:
FraudReward Points AbuseManipulationFalse InformationUnauthorised Account ActivityImproper Reward Points TransactionsWhere misuse or fraudulent activity is identified, MY Fashion may reverse Reward Points or restrict Reward Points benefits, subject to applicable law.
16. Reward Points Corrections
If Reward Points are incorrectly credited, deducted or displayed due to a technical or processing error, MY Fashion may correct the Customer's Reward Points balance.

17. Reward Points Account
Reward Points are linked to the eligible Customer Account.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their account login details.
Reward Points generally cannot be transferred between Customer Accounts unless specifically permitted by MY Fashion.
18. Reward Points Balance
Customers can check their available Reward Points through their MY Fashion Customer Account, where the feature is available.
The displayed Reward Points balance may be adjusted due to:
Newly Earned PointsRedeemed PointsCancelled OrdersReturned or Refunded OrdersExpired PointsCorrections or Adjustments
19. Changes to the Reward Points Program
MY Fashion may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Reward Points Program or any part of it from time to time.
Changes may include:
Earning RulesRedemption ValueEligible ProductsExpiry ConditionsRedemption LimitsPromotional BenefitsThe latest version of these Reward Points Terms & Conditions published on the MY Fashion website will apply to future transactions, subject to applicable law.

These Reward Points Terms & Conditions should be read together with MY Fashion's:

Example
100 Reward Points → ₹10 Discount
If your eligible order amount is ₹1,000 and you redeem 100 Reward Points, you receive a ₹10 discount and pay ₹990, subject to applicable taxes, charges and redemption conditions.
Important
Reward Points are not cash and cannot normally be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Reward Points can be used on future eligible orders according to the applicable redemption conditions.
Returns / Refunds
Cancelled / Returned / Refunded Order → Related Reward Points May Be Reversed or Adjusted

Customers should regularly check their Reward Points Balance, Expiry Information and Current Reward Points Terms & Conditions.
